It’s Spring Fundraising time on CKUA and Triple-R Radio is getting in on the fun. This coming Sunday, RRR host, Roy Forbes, teams up with CKUA’s World Spinning/Early Morning Music host, Lark Clark, to spread the good news and raise a little cash. Roy has put together a jumping Eclectic 78 Spin-O-Rama for a rapidly revolving hour of Rhythm & Blues, Hillbilly Bop, Rockabilly, Big Band, Western Swing, Rock ‘N’ Roll, Jazz, and Hot Dance numbers, all spinning off the original 78 rpm platters!
The joy begins Sunday, April 19th, 2 PM, Mountain, on donor powered CKUA Radio. Tune in and join the gang with a donation as Lark and Roy invite you to shake, shimmy, and sway during Roooy’s Record Room, revolving and revealing since 2006.
