An RRR donor is celebrating a 75th Birthday on the fifth of July. His wife has asked for a British Invasion show in honour of this event. So, Roy will dive into the Triple-R Radio archives for original 60s 45s from the likes of Manfred Mann, the Kinks, Dusty Springfield, Wayne Fontana & the Mindbenders, the Beatles (of course), the Rolling Stones (also of course), and so on. You also might hear a couple of US Beatle soundalikes as well as a couple of songs about the Beatles themselves. Remember Ella Fitzgerald’s “Ringo Beat”? Ha, ha.
